From there, it’s onto South Dakota, where we intentionally bypass the notorious tourist trap of Wall Drug, choosing instead to blaze a trail directly toward the Wyoming border. By the time we finally reach Wyoming, dusk has usually settled, casting long shadows. This is when I hand the wheel over to my husband.
